NuralNest was founded in Hammond, Indiana by Luis Falcon with one simple observation: home-service businesses lose thousands of dollars every week to missed phone calls. Not because they do bad work - because they were doing the work when the phone rang.
Roofers on a roof. Plumbers under a sink. HVAC techs in a crawlspace. The call goes to voicemail, and the homeowner calls the next company on the list. NuralNest exists to end that.
What we do
We build AI receptionists that answer every call in seconds, around the clock. Our receptionists greet callers with your company name, capture the details of the job, book appointments straight onto your calendar, and flag emergencies so they reach you immediately. You get a text summary of every call, so nothing slips through.
