NuralNest provides AI-powered receptionist services for businesses, including call answering, appointment booking, emergency call routing, and related text message notifications. Service features depend on the plan you select.
2. Demo line
Our toll-free demo line is provided so prospective customers can experience the service. Calls to our lines may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed. Do not use the demo line for unlawful purposes or abusive behavior.
3. Accounts, plans, and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Setup fees may apply as described at the time of purchase.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information for the setup of your receptionist.
- Obtain any consents required to forward your business calls to our service and to communicate with your customers.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including spam or unsolicited marketing.
5. Text messaging
SMS features are subject to the SMS terms described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
6. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available around the clock, but no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing appointment details and call summaries.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuralNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost jobs, or missed opportunities arising from use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NuralNest harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may terminate at any time as described in Section 3.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
